April 29, 2013- Fukushima, Japan. .A business damaged by the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami lays abandoned in the nuclear affected town of Tomioka in the Futaba District of Fukushima Prefecture. ..The town which used to have a population of 15,839 in 2011 was abandoned in the wake of the March 11, 2011 Tsunami and subsequent nuclear meltdown at TEPCO's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant and was reopened by the Japanese Authorities on April 24, 2013. Residents can visit for the day, but can't stay overnight as the radiation levels are too high.
